Connective Tissue Release Yoga

This workshop explores the release of holding patterns in the body through the use of yoga props, restorative yoga poses, manual therapies, and mind-body techniques.
Students will explore self-release practices and be offered manual therapies to help facilitate release in the connective tissue. Manual therapies are optional and will be provided by Grace – a licensed massage therapist (MA87383).
