Restorative Yoga provides an opportunity to rest and restore the body during a fully supported yoga practice. Yogic supports (i.e., blocks, bolsters, blankets, etc.) are used to encourage relaxation during each yoga posture explored and to allow a feeling of being grounded and supported.
This session includes sound and vibration therapy to promote the body-mind-spirit healing connection and will finish with a 45 minutes yoga nidra session for deep relaxation.
